Colibri Pro is a set of six integrated modules designated
for accounting and management of small, medium and large companies
with production, trade or service activities.
Colibri Pro utilizes user-friendly interface and terminology
directed to specific class of users, thus helping the accounting
staff with minimum efforts to learn the software and its advantages.
One of the main goals for the designer team was to deliver an
accounting tool where the guiding role should be played by
the initial document and with a help of implemented booking
mechanism (methodology) which is customizable (and setup once)
to deliver synthetic accounting documents and books needed.
Colibri Pro can be run standalone in one PC or in a network
with full network capabilities (table sharing, concurrent
access and table locking mechanism, data refresh and etc.).

Colibri Pro is developed using Borlands Paradox 4.5
for DOS - a full-featured relational database management program
that can be used as a standalone system on a single computer
or as a multi-user system on a network.
The optimal hardware requirements are Intel Pentium PC with
16 MB of RAM and HDD. This configuration is required to improve performance due
to local table caching capabilities and virtual memory manager
swapping.
Colibri Pro is distributed with a detailed user guide of
more than 620 pages with many screen shots and tables.
Modules for production cost calculations and orders tracking
mechanism can be developed after customers order.
Since its first release in 1995 Colibri Pro is permanently
updated and revised so more and more capabilities are included
in the all six modules and become available to the customers. |
