Fixed Assets Module

Purpose
FIXED ASSETS module provides registering of all the fixed
assets and tracking of the all the operations concerning company’s
fixed assets as acquisition, depreciation, and disposition.
Different methods of fixed assets acquisition is supported
such as purchasing, self-construction, from shareholders funds, from
loans, from grant and etc. Also different methods of fixed assets
disposition is supported such as selling, granting, waste and etc.
All the operations are booked automatically.
Features

- Entering and editing all the necessary lists and registers
for the operations concerning the company's fixed assets
such as fixed assets list, etc.;
- Registering of the fixed assets acquisition, responsible
person, place and workshop account to distribute the
depreciation cost;
- Registering of the fixed assets disposition;
- Fixed assets depreciation calculation;
- Over 20 customized reports;

fixed assets. The result is synthetic accounting
document for each operation;
- Revision and edit of the accounting documents and preparation
for transferring to the ACCOUNTING module;
- Setting the accounts to use for the booking mechanism;

data and data loss prevention.

Uses a common database with the other modules such as accounts list, personnel list, workshop list.
Cooperates with SUPPLIERS module for fixed assets purchasing and booking conflict avoiding. Cooperates with CUSTOMERS module for fixed assets selling and booking conflict avoiding. Cooperates with ACCOUNTING module with automatic booking of all the operations.
